Our sweetener comes from locally sourced coconut flower nectar, which is known to contain high amounts of minerals and vitamins, including vitamin C, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, copper and the mood boosting B vitamin inositol as well as phytonutrients, such as polyphenols, flavonoids and anthocyanidin, and other antioxidants and enzymes.
Refreshing fizz
The natural fizz comes from the special blend of synergistic living probiotics carefully cultured exclusively for Bio Fizz. In each bottle, Lactobacillus hilgardii and Saccharomyces florentinus are present in billions, which are vital to proper digestive function and intestinal health. Our Kombucha comes from an heirloom Kombucha culture and contains Gluconacetobacter xylinus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Brettanomyces bruxellensis, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, Torulaspora delbrueckii, Zygosaccharomyces bailii, Bacillus coagulans and S. Boulardil

As with all fermented products, a very small amount of alcohol is produced by the living probiotic community. Bio Fizz contains less than 0.05% alcohol. The sediment - often referred to as "the mother" - is also created by the living culture.
